Amra Olevi Reyes in Workout Gear is a "Pretty Little Thing"

Amra Olević Reyes is modeling workout clothes from Pretty Little Thing. In a new social media post the stunning influencer and model shows off her amazing body in a pink exercise onesie. "Pretty little thing in @prettylittlething," she captioned the Instagram snaps. "I've been following you for years and you've been and always will be THAT GWORL 🔥," commented one of her followers. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Amra maintains she was blessed with a gorgeous body. "I've had a couple of people inquire about tips and tricks on how I lost weight. So I wanted to talk about it. To be honest I don't have a secret. I've pretty much always been thin, blame it on genetics," she says. However, she has gained unwanted weight in the past, "about 10 pounds," she said in the same post. "And I won't lie I was real depressed about it. Being that I've always been the same size it took a toll on my self esteem. I would stress it all the time. I worked out for a few weeks and then got lazy."

"After a couple of months I started getting used to the weight I gained. I said to myself f**k it I'm going to work with what I have. After I stopped stressing about the weight I started to notice I was loosing it, call it magic or whatever you want but my body started to change," she continued in the post. "I do believe my weight loss had a lot to do with the fact that I no longer cared about the weight. Once I stopped stressing, I started shedding pounds. I'm not saying this will work for you, just saying it worked for me. The more relaxed I felt about my body, the pounds seemed to drop. I don't diet nor do I workout, although I probably should. So for those of you who kept asking why I wasn't sharing my tips and tricks well now you know. I didn't have an explanation to my weight loss other than what I just stated above. I do want to say that stressing your body image will not make it change. So either chose to relax or actually do something about it. And results will follow 😉."

Amra relies on daily walks as her main form of fitness. "One thing about me is ima get my 10k steps in," she revealed in a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

You also might find Amra horseback riding. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Amra is a coffee drinker. Here she holds a cup. "What's your Starbucks order?" she asked in another post. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
