Angela Lansbury’s daughter, Deidre was born in April 1953. She was raised in Malibu alongside her brother Anthony Pullen. Her parents Angela and Peter Shaw both juggled their careers and raising them.

Four years after the marriage ended, Deidre’s parents met and married in 1949. The pair remained married for over 54 years until actor and producer Peter Shaw died in 2003. Deidre’s father died of heart failure on 29 January 2003 at the age of 84.

Before they started the business, the pair met in Italy where they cooked together for more than two decades before shutting it down in 2019. Regardless of that, her Facebook profile still reads that she is a Chefette at Enzo and Angela The Italian Restaurant.

Now known as Deidre Angela Battara, her social media handle shows she is now focused on taking care of animals and raising funds to assist them.

Anthony, her brother has been in show business for a while now. He has appeared in films such as A Bridge Too Far and also A Family Business.
