Genshin Impact 3.2 update to give Dori as a free character, says renowned leaker
The 4-star Electro character Dori has finally become a playable unit in the game as players are able to wish for her on the banners of Ganyu and Kokomi in Genshin Impact. However, a leaker has now given an interesting information that she will become a free character in the 3.2 update.
Sumeru’s initial updates have been shortened so that the second anniversary of the game could be released from the starting of a certain patch. As a consequence, the beta test recruitments are commencing earlier providing players a lot of information beforehand.

Genshin Impact: Sumeru’s merchant Dori to be given for free!
The second phase of the 3.0 update has commenced today and the spotlight has been gained by Dori, Teyvat’s second Electro healer after Kuki Shinobu. Despite being a merchant of Sumeru, Dori is a highly entertaining character as her gameplay mechanics are quite fun and unique.
The beta test for the upcoming patch is nearing towards its end and it has already been announced by the developers that they will be commencing the recruitment for 3.2 update beta version. Amidst this, renowned leaker UBatcha has claimed that Dori will be a free character in the update releasing on November.
If you were planning on wishing on Kokomi/Ganyu's banner purely for Dori, please keep in mind that Dori should be the free character in 3.2

Free characters are usually given on flagship events as the current ‘Graven Innocence’ event of the 3.0 update is giving away the free 4-star character Collei who is also featured in the banners of Tighnari and Zhongli, the character event wishes prepared for the first phase of the patch.
It can, therefore be expected that Dori will be given in a similar such event whose details will be informed once the beta version is released officially. However, UBatcha has also stated that even though the information is correct at this time, it is subjected to change until it is revealed officially.
As for the new characters, it is being speculated that the Dendro Archon or Lesser Lord Kusanali will become playable in the Genshin Impact 3.2 update. Leaks regarding her elemental skill recently took over the community which has made players wait even more ardently for her banner.
