Stephen Curry and his family previously lived in a $31 million mansion in Atherton, California, which they bought in 2019. The Currys bought this mansion, which sat on a 1.2 acre of land, from Joe Comartin – a real estate developer in Atherton.

However, Stephen Curry and their family have now moved to another mansion in Atherton that spans over a majestic 2-acre land. The Currys bought the lavish contemporary residence for about $30 million in December 2020. With seven bedrooms and nine baths built across a little more than 17,700 square feet — Stephen Curry’s residence is one elite statement of elegance. 

The mansion features a spacious motor court, where the front door opens into a spacious foyer that flows to a two-story glass-topped atrium. There is an extended backyard, cozy living spaces, extensive dining rooms, and a special gourmet kitchen. The mansion also has a full-seated wine cellar, a movie theatre, and an exclusive master retreat featuring a cozy fireplace. Outdoors, there is sundeck bordered pool, cabana, and a beautiful spread of manicured lawn.

Recently, however, the Currys have voiced against high-density property development in their neighborhood as the couple, and other residents of the area feel it might hinder their privacy and safety. Whether the property plans will advance remains to be seen as of now.

Besides, the main house is a spacious brick terrace, an outdoor shower, and two attached garages. The open-plan gourmet kitchen is exotically built keeping in mind Ayesha Curry’s prominent cooking career. The interior of the house features a similar balance of traditional and transitional architecture, quite like their Atherton home.
